A sign that is attached to, painted on or displayed on the interior or exterior of a window of a building so that its content is visible to a viewer outside of the building and:
(A) in the Stephen Avenue Mall heritage area,includes signs that are erected 1.8 metres or less behind a window;
(B) in
all other areas, includes signs that are erected 0.90 metres or less behind
a window;and
(C) does not include any type of product or window display that is intended to be visible to a viewer outside of the building
