The property line opposite to and farthest from the front property line, or in the case of an irregular parcel, the rear property line is established by drawing a line the maximum distance from the front property line that:
(a) is wholly within the parcel;
(b) is not less than 3.0 metres long; and
(c) runs parallel to the front property line, or, if the front property line is a curved line, runs parallel to the straight line between the two end points of the curve of the front property line.
